    ALVAH J. HALL

    EAST DOUGLAS, Jan 25 - Alvah J. Hall, 71, of Main Street, died yesterday at the Worcester Memorial Hospital.  A native of Uxbridge he had resided here for over 50 years.  He was formerly employed for many years at the Hayward Woolen Co.  He leaves his widow, Minnie (Cook) Hall; two sons, Corp. Harry C. Hall stationed at Ft. Benning, Ga., and Stanley, of this town.

    Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 at the Methodist Church, Rev. Alfred C. Carroll officiating.   Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in charge of Bowen Funeral Service.  Calling hours at the Hall home will be Thursday from 7 to 9, and Friday from 3 to 5, and 7 to 9.
