Ephraim Hall was born on 31 July 1736;
Elisha Hall was born on 14 September 1738;
Dorcas Hall was born on 20 February 1740;
Lydia Hall was born about 1743;
Esther Hall was born on 24 July 1746;
Edward Hall was born on 10 January 1749; and
Rebecca Hall was born on 10 September 1753.
