AUDREY M. AUCHINCLOSS Sulgrave Club President

Audrey M. Auchincloss, 87, who served as president of the Sulgrave Club in Washington from 1982 to 1984, died Sept. 9 of pulmonary fibrosis at her home in Washington.

Mrs. Auchincloss was the widow of John Winthrop Auchincloss (1912-1990), a retired Foreign Service officer who died about five years ago. They settled in Washington at the beginning of World War II, and she accompanied him to assignments in Paris and the Italian cities of Palermo, Trieste and Rome.

She leaves no immediate survivors.
