Jean has done extensive work on the Lyle line as she is a descendant of the Lyle line.
Jean indicated that Ann Hall, John's sister may on the 1830 census be living with her sister in law Mary Hall as she wouldn't have been married yet and John dosen't seem to be alive.

Ann married James Lyle on 27 Mar 1832 in Elizabeth, Allegheny, Pennsylvania, USA. James (son of James Lyle and Hannah Crawford) was born on 12 Dec 1797 in Pennsylvania, USA; died on 6 Dec 1877 in Kent, Republican, Jefferson, Indiana, USA; was buried in Lexington, Scott, Indiana, USA.
