HILDA ALINE HALL, 63, of Northvale died yesterday. She lived in Paramus before moving to Northvale three months ago. Surviving as a son Richard, of Paramus; two daughters, Gail Iurato of Northvale and Aline de Vincentis of Old Tappan; and a brother Richard of Jersey City. Her husband, Albert Higgins Hall, died in 1980. Services will be tomorrow at the Vander Plaat memorial Home, Paramus, with burial in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visiting housrs are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
