    Isaac Hall, Jr., son of Isaac Hall, was born 30 Jan 1755 at Mansfield, CT; married Anna Palmer and moved from  Mansfield, CT to Lebanon, New Hampshire & soon after to Hanover, New Hampshire ca 1788 to 1790, and then in 1813 to  Newbury, Vermont, where he and his wife both died in the 1830's.
