Dear daughter of the late Michael and Valerie Wozniak.

Predeceased by husband Albert S. Spisz.

Loving mother of Sharon (Robert) Sink, and Judith Kendra. Dearest grandma of Matthew (Nicole) Hall, Taylor Hall, Ashley Pearson, Sophia Kendra and Daniel Kendra. Great-grandma of Garrett Matthew Hall. Dear sister of Michael (Theresa) Wozniak Jr, Arthur Wozniak and the late Gerald Wozniak and Edmond Wozniak. Step-mother Ann Wozniak and step-sister Christine Makstutis.

The family wishes to send a special thank you to Fr. Tom, Phil and Chris from St. Andrew Catholic Church in Roanoke, VA. Funeral service Saturday in state 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church 11441 Hubbard. Visitation Friday 4-8 p.m. at Leonard A. Turowski & Son Funeral Home 9300 Middlebelt (btwn W.Chicago & Joy Rd). Entombment Parkview Cemetery.
