      Mary was the daughter of Reverend Nathaniel Collins* and Mary Whiting of Middletown, CT.

      She married John, son of Giles and Hester (Crow) Hamlin. They had nine children:
      John, b. 1687;
      Giles, b. 1691-2;
      Ester, b. 1694-5;
      Mary, b. 1697,
      Sibbill, b. 1698-99, died 1700;
      Jabez, b. 1700-01, died, 1706;
      Ebenezer, b. and d. 1702;
      Sibbill, b. 1704 and
      Jabez, b. 1709.
