- From FindaGrave:
Per #50889839
Simeon Hodges, Jr., father of Joshua Hodges, was b. Jan 28, 1770, in Norton, Bristol County, MA, married first on Sept 30, 1794: Patty Burnett (b. Nov. 8, 1769 at Warwick). He died Mar. 7, 1854 at Mentor, OH.
Per info from the Savoy Town Clerk provided by #47605741, The wife and children of Simeon, which I believe belong to his son, Simeon, were: "Simeon Hodges married Mrs. Patty (or Polly) Burnett on 9/30/1794. They had six children, none of them Isaac. Samuel - 1795, Ruth - 1798, Sally - 1802, Joshua Burnet - 1805, Erastus -1808 and Irwin Cullen -1817 or 1818. They settle in Savoy Hollow, a section of Savoy.
From looking at the DAR info, I conclude it is the elder Simeon (71104142) that is the Revolutionary War veteran.

Joshua B. Hodges
Joshua B. Hodges was born at Savoy, Berkshire County, Mass., August 17, 1805. Of the six children of Simeon & Patty Burnett Hodges, he was the fourth, and the last to depart this life.
He came to Ohio in 1818 and settle in Mentor, where he remained till 1827, when he returned to Massachusetts and engaged in business.
In September, 1830, he and Miss Jennette Hunter, of North Adams, Mass., were married. About 7 years after they moved to Ohio and settled in Concord on the farm which was their home till her death in 1880. To them were born two children, Irwin H., now residing in Concord, and Emerette, now Mrs. W. T. Cowles, of Painesville. Less than six years ago Mr. Hodges left the farm in Concord and has since made his home with his daughter.
During his long life he had been blessed with excellent health till old age began to enfeeble him. He was usually well till Monday, April 24th, when he had a slight stroke of paralysis. In spite of the best medical treatment, he failed rapidly till his death Saturday morning. He belonged to a generation that has nearly all departed and to which the present owes a debt of gratitude. In business he was honest and successful. He possessed a large measure of hope and tried to look on the bright side of life. Cheerful and sociable, he largely enjoyed the society of home and friends.
Though dead, he yet speaks, and his memory is sacred.
His funeral services, conducted by Rev. Andrew Wilson, of Ravenna, were held at the residence of Mr. Cowles, Monday at 2 p.m., and were fully attended.
